The hotel's location was very central, right in the heart of Downtown. All the staff was courteous, fixed my issues. Had a huge and new-fashioned room with a space heater and extra blankets, as example, and I couldn't ask for more.

loved the cozy vibe, friendly staff, and perfect location for concert and Winterfest! The beautiful, historic building had open common areas and a well-stocked kitchen. It felt like going back in time. Quiet stay with snacks and drinks available. Perfect for a relaxing anniversary celebration.

Downtown area, great and absolutely perfect location, near anywhere downtown, including all three major league sports arenas, restaurants and bars, theaters, including the Fox, and much more and theater. The staff were pleasant and helped us with private parking.
